As part of our commitment to provide value, LCCskin will offer free Postage and Packaging on any order, regardless of size within UK . Your order will be sent out via Royal Mail First Class or Recorded post.

Goods will typically be dispatched within 3 working days from receipt of the order unless stated otherwise.  If there are any dispatch delays on our side in excess of 7 working days, we will call or e-mail you to explain the status of your order.

If you order more than one product, and we do not have one of the items in stock, we will usually wait for the item to arrive and send out your complete order in one package.  Again, if this results in a dispatch delay on our side in excess of 7 working days, we will call or e-mail you to explain the status of your order.

 

Other EU Delivery

 

 

LCCskin also offers postage and packaging within the EU for a flat rate of €9 (£7.50). Orders to the EU will be sent out via Royal Mail Airmail service and will be dispatched within 3 working days.  We aim to have your goods delivered within 7-10 working days and we will email you if there are any delays in excess of this timescale.

Special Delivery UK

 

If you are in a hurry for your order, you may wish to opt for Special Delivery which Royal Mail guarantees you will receive next day. There is a charge for this service of £7.50.  Please call LCCskin first to ensure your products are in stock for anything other than Agera and Neostrata products (these will be dispatched on day of order). Please make your order by 1.00pm Monday - Friday to ensure we can meet this commitment. There are certain circumstances we can override this timescale. If you have missed the deadline, please call and we will attempt to help.

 

 

 

 

Same Day Dispatch

 

Order by 1.00 pm Monday - Friday and we will dispatch your products on the same day. This is guaranteed for Neostrata and Agera products only. In the unlikely event that a product is out of stock, we will advise you immediately. Should other brands be included in your order, these will be dispatched separately. If you need your order urgently and have missed the deadline, you may telephone  to enquire whether same day dispatch is possible and we will endeavour to help.

 

 

 

 

 

Gift Wrapping Service
