Step 1 - am & pm : Bioglyclolic cleanser - apply small amount of product to face avoiding eye area. Leave for 3 minutes. Add small amount of water and rub in. Rinse thoroughly.
Step 2 - am & pm : serum: put few drops of product on palms and press into skin. cream: use small amount of product and press into skin.
Step 3 - am & pm : small amount of bio-clear lotion or cream
Step 4 - pm : applysmall amount of face cream or serum
Step 5 - am : SPF30 Daily face protectant

My skin was extremely sensitive and red looking until I started using Jan Marini 5 steps I started the small kit first to see how my skin would react then I got the bigger size which worked out slightly cheaper. My skin has calmed down so much in turn that as made me feel more confident about myself. Ang |
